Serge Dive - Founder & CEO

CEO of Beyond Luxury Media Ltd., Serge Dive was the Founder and former CEO of ILTM (International Luxury Travel Market) in Cannes, largely acclaimed to be the world’s most successful luxury travel trade show. He sold the business to Reed Exhibitions in 2005 and launched with them the award winning Asia Luxury Travel Market in Shanghai, considered to be the leading travel event in Asia Pacific. Serge is on the Advisory Board of IC Bellagio, a leading Italian DMC and part of the Forbes Traveler 400 board of experts.

Sarah Ball - Co-Founder & COO

Director of Beyond Luxury Media Ltd., Sarah Ball firmly established her reputation in the travel industry handling all the marketing and PR for International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM). Here she was largely credited for successfully masterminding the presence of the world’s top luxury buyers during the first 5 years of the show. She then went on to lead the marketing drive for luxury adventure watch brand, Linde Werdelin, before joining Beyond Luxury Media Ltd. to Co-Found PURE Life Experiences. Sarah’s feet have naturally landed her back, close to her passion, in the world of travel.

Ryan Wallace - Senior Account Manager

As a tourism management graduate, Ryan started his career with the V&A Waterfront Company in Cape Town followed by a fun foray into the private aviation sector. He moved to London in 2001 to broaden his horizons and quickly became immersed in the international travel exhibition landscape. From 2002 until 2006 Ryan primarily worked on World Travel Market however he soon realised his heart was in the high-end sector of the travel business and from 2006 worked on International Luxury Travel Market and Asia Luxury Travel Market searching the globe for relevant travel suppliers. He continues to be passionate about creating leading and forward thinking marketplaces for the travel industry and we're excited to have Ryan on board.

Sarah Falconer - Marketing Executive

Having been elected onto the Snow-Boarding Society whilst at University, Sarah is a keen skier which has led to her passion for travel. After doing work experience for the Observer Newspaper she spent some time travelling around India, China, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, the USA and Europe before joining the team at PURE Life Experiences to take up the position of Event Co-Ordinator. We are thrilled to have Sarah on the team, bringing with her a huge enthusiasm for our world of travel.

Elena Scarlata - Web & Graphic Designer

In 2004, after Elena received her degree in graphic and web design at the European Institute of Design in Italy, she quickly started working for Octagon - a worldwide sport events agency in Italy. After two years she transferred her skills and creative flair to the UK and continued to work for Octagon in their London office. Following this Elena received an MA at the London College of Communication for information design whilst also finding inspiration as a photography assistant and retoucher for Vincenzo Barracco, who works on many luxury projects such us Park Hyatt Milan. With Elena's experience in the creative world she will add a new edge and inspirational feel to PURE Life Experiences, not to mention the new projects we have planned!

Kymberly Milroy - North America & Canada

After several years in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Kymberly managed to turn her love of travel into a career. She joined esteemed global tour operator Butterfield & Robinson in the role of Director of Industry Relations in 2004. Over the next several years Kymberly successfully grew the business and the brand among the North American travel trade while continuing to expand on her regional knowledge hosting several industry trips around the world. Embracing a new challenge Kymberly spent 2009 launching a new outbound tour operator to the luxury travel world which included participating in the inaugural PURE Life Experiences show in 2009 as an Exhibitor! Most recently Kymberly has branched out on her own offering consulting services. Based in Toronto, Canada; she orchestrates custom trip experiences for private clients as well as sales and marketing project work within the luxury travel sector. We are excited to have Kymberly on board and that she will bring her vast knowledge of the high-end North American and Canadian market to PURE.

Debra Taylor - Antarctic and Arctic regions (including small expedition cruising)

Debra Taylor specializes in marketing expedition cruises, wildlife holidays and unique adventures around the world, with her company toucanmoon, and especially enjoys the polar extremes! She is fortunate to have stood at both Poles; most recently having experienced an adventure to the South Pole flying by twin otter from an Antarctic base camp, whilst only a few years earlier sailing on a powerful icebreaker from northern Russia all the way to 90 degrees North. Debra brings a wealth of first hand, specialist knowledge to PURE Life Experiences and it's great to have her on the team.

Daniel Brown - Sub Sahara Africa

Born in London, England, Daniel spent his formative years in Tanzania, where his love of Africa was nurtured. Daniel then moved, with his family, to the Seychelles, where he spent a number of years before returning to England to complete his education. In 1995 Daniel returned to Africa and in 1997, after time as operations manager for a large inbound tour operator based in Johannesburg, dmAFRICA was launched with his business colleague. Offering luxury services throughout Southern Africa, East Africa & Indian Ocean Islands dmAfrica offers a clear dedication for customer service, with the aim to always exceed client expectations, demonstrating creative flair and a 'can do' attitude. Daniel has travelled extensively in Southern & Eastern Africa, building up a vast and in-depth product knowledge of this exciting region.

Rhys Arrowsmith - Australia & New Zealand

From the early age of 20, Rhys has been involved in the hospitality trade and was successful in acquiring, growing and selling seven restaurants in seven years! After being headhunted by cooperates in Australia he moved on to his next challenge as ambassador for prestigious brands such as Dom Perignon, Moet and Glenfiddich in hotels, luxury lodges and major events throughout New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Europe. But, the keen outdoorsman yearned to bring his family back to New Zealand where he now lives in Tauranga. Here as Managing Director, he created Black Label Retreats, his own exclusive collection of private villas and retreats in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific. Rhys' no compromise attitude and pride in providing exceptionally high levels of client focus and service makes him the perfect ally to have on the PURE Life Experiences team.

Alan Le Coyte - Middle East

Born in the Golden Age of Travel, Alan has lived and worked in the Middle East since 1981. He successfully launched and published the most succesful travel trade magazine for the region and subsequently contributed to launching the Arabian Travel Market exhibition in Dubai for Reed Travel Exhibitions, the premier, and largest event of its kind in the Middle East. We also had the pleasure to work with Alan on launching with him the two most successful luxury travel trade exhibitions. Alan has visited almost every country in the Middle East and continues to divide his time between Dubai and the UK. We are delighted to have Alan on board to help us launch PURE Life Experiences to the Middle East market.
