PURE Admission Policy

Only delegates (Exhibitors, VIP Buyers, Press and Selected Invited Guests) accepted by the organisers, Beyond Luxury Media Ltd., will be permitted to attend and have entrance to the exhibition, PURE Life Experiences, to be held in Marrakech 15-18 November 2010.

Only Hosted VIP's (otherwise known as Private Travel Designers) that have been pre-selected, then pre-qualified and who have registered in advance following a confirmation email from the Organisers, exhibitor badge holders and qualified and accredited media, will be able to attend PURE Life Experiences 2010.

The Organisers hold a very strict entrance policy to the show and operate like a private club. No entrance will be permitted to anyone arriving at the show without both a PURE Life Experiences 2010 badge and security bracelet.

Each pre-selected and qualified participant will be given a security bracelet for the duration of the event. This security bracelet will be attached onto the pariticipants wrist by the Organisers and must remain in place until they no longer require entrance to either the exhibition, PURE Life Experiences 2010, or any related events such as the official lunches and evening functions or conference. In addition to this each participant will have their own badge with their name and company name on it. To collect both the badge and security bracelet from the Organisers, participants will require photo ID in the form or a passport or national ID card. Without this participants will not be given their badges or security bracelets. Each pack containing the relevant items will need to be signed for and should replacements need to be made they will be charged at the price of £899 per person. Photo ID should be carried on the participant at all times throughout the show in case requested to be viewed by the organisers.

Anyone obtaining a PURE Life Experiences 2010 visitor or exhibitor badge by theft, deception or other illegal means will be asked to leave the event and may not be invited back to participate in future events organised by Beyond Luxury Media Ltd.

No one under the age of 18 will be able to attend PURE Life Experiences 2010 and we have a no students policy and no advertising sales staff policy. Any advertising sales staff of any seniority will be asked to leave the event and no tickets will be available to purchase at the exhibition.

As per the terms and conditions of participation, delegates must not take part in any canvassing, demonstrations, objectionable behaviour, or any activity that may disrupt the procedures of PURE Life Experiences 2010.

The organisers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from PURE Life Experiences 2009 and the Palais des Congrès, Marrakech, who does not comply with these policies or who they reasonably consider are likely to break these rules.
