The vision of PURE Life Experiences is to gather the finest, purest and most inspirational operators in Experiential Travel into one venue. We know that the best operations are often run by small to medium size entrepreneurs with a real passion for the service they offer. We did not want the price of admission to become a deterrent to their participation nor a discriminating factor of selection.

As a result we have worked hard to ensure that the event’s participation fees will make the show accessible to small and exclusive niche operators and that the selection of exhibitors will therefore not be made according to those who could afford it, but according to merit, prestige and originality of the experience provided.

Exhibition Packages

All packages below include: one delegate registration only (including 3 networking lunches, entry to 3 official networking parties and the conference) + one set of appointments + one table and two chairs. Please note space at PURE Life Experiences is limited and that all packages presented below are subject to availability at the time of booking. Please also note that PURE Life Experiences does not authorize custom made stands for the purpose of providing a more harmonious show.

Package 1 - £2,499 (£1,999 before 28th February 2010)

Package 2 - £4,169 per sharing company (£3,335 before 28th February 2010)

A shared purpose built designer shell scheme of 9m2 (or 4.5m2 for each Package 2 booked) offering you 4.5 meter linear of vertical wall for branding purposes. The stand must be shared with another exhibitor taking this package. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to find a sharer, although PURE Life Experiences will endeavour to assist in this process.

Package 3 - £5,043 only (£4,229 before 28th February 2010)

A purpose built designer shell scheme of 5m2 offering you 6.5 meter linear of vertical wall for branding purposes.

Package 4 - £6,639 only (£5,311 before 28th February 2010)

A purpose built designer shell scheme of 9m2 offering you 9 meter linear of vertical wall for branding purposes.

Aditional delegate & company registration

Each additional company name or delegate exhibiting on one of the 4 packages proposed will need to be registered.

Additional exhibiting personnel @ £899 per delegate. This includes one nominative exhibitor badge, 3 networking lunches, 3 official networking parties and the conference. Please note that each badge is nominative, exclusively reserved to senior management travel trade professionals only and cannot be transfered to another person during the show hours.

Additional companies @ £899 per company (does not include appointments but includes catalogue entry)

Insurance

It is a legal requirement for ALL PURE Life Experiences exhibitors and sub-exhibitors to have a public liability insurance cover for a minimum of GBP 5 million valid in Morocco for the duration of the show. An administration fee of GBP 129 will be automatically included on all contracts to provide a public liability insurance cover (subject to screening) unless a proof of alternative cover (if applicable), is provided at the time of signing the contract.
