Private Travel Designers

Private Travel Designers - high end specialty travel agents and tour operators- from the key outbound markets for Experiential Travel, are carefully selected to join PURE because of their reputation of creating the most unique itineraries and life changing experiences for their clients. They only work with the most sophisticated High Net Worth Indivdual's who seek transformation through authentic life enriching experiences.

Why join PURE Life Experiences?

Never before has the high end Experiential Travel sector had its own Private Club made up of true market leaders allowing for an exchange of ideas which is fruitful, forward thinking and most importantly relevant. Having listened to the market place over the years we have created a niche club for small, high end operators which gives members a conducive and selective environment to conduct business in a relaxed environment.

Exclusive access to the key players

PURE uses a combination of pre-event networking, through the members only PURE Private Network, and an annual business to business exhibition which uses a sophisticated pre-scheduled meeting system to ensure all members, the globes finest Private Travel Designers and Suppliers, connect and do conducive business.

At the annual exhibition, 15-18 November 2010, pre-scheduled meetings are combined with 3.5 hours of free networking time so members can extend their search and discovery for exciting products at the show and even have additional meetings- in 2009 this led to many meetings over and above those that were pre-scheduled. Each day networking lunches are held outside in the Marrakech sun creating a relaxed environment to continue to meet fellow members and to cement new relationships. As we know the best networking gets done in relaxed environments and all members (Suppliers, Private Travel Designers and the media) enjoy glamorous evening cocktail functions held throughout the week.

Prices for 2010 are being finalised but to give a guide and therefore allow for budget planning for the forthcoming year, the 2009 package prices and custom designed space were:

A. Exhibition Packages

All packages below include one company and one delegate registration plus one set of up to 42 meetings. A delegate registration includes one exhibitor badge for entry to the exhibition, 3 networking lunches, 3 official evening functions and the conference.

Package 1 - £2,199

One meeting table and two chairs

Package 2 - £3,619 per company

A purpose built shell scheme of 9m2 with no dividing wall which must be shared (4.5m2 each) with another exhibitor taking this package. PURE Life Experiences will help exhibitors to find suitable sharers.

Package 3 - £5,639

A purpose built shell scheme of 9m2.

Package 4 - £4,166

A purpose built shell scheme of 5m2.

B. Custom Designed Space

If you choose this option you must first decide how many m2 you would like to take and then register the company and delegates searately. You must take a minimum of 9m2 and you will be allocated one set of meetings for every 4.5m2.

Space Only - £299 per m2

Design and built your own stand, in agreement with the venues Rules and Regulations, of your required m2

Equipped Space - £449 per m2

We provide you with a purpose built shell scheme of your required m2

Exhibiting Registration - £699 per person

This includes the exhibitor badge for entry to the exhibition, 3 networking lunches, 3 official evening functions and the conference. Each exhibiting personnel needs to register for once.

Company Registration - £899 per company

Each company needs to register once
