Due to overwhelmingly high demand for places, all Private Travel Designers must first apply to attend and will then go through a strict selection process before being officially invited to attend as a hosted VIP. Only the world's top Private Travel Designers will be exclusively accepted to participate as hosted VIP's at PURE Life Experiences. Having listened to the market place over the years, we know that people feel there are ‘too many travel events’ however, we feel there are simply not enough focused events serving particular niche markets. How to applyAll VIP Private Travel Designers will be invited to participate at PURE Life Experiences. All VIP's will be thoroughly researched on the business they specialise in and reference checks will be carried out where necessary. Please include as much information as possible when contacting us to give us a clear picture of your company and why you think PURE Life Experiences will be useful for your business. Meetings & NetworkingUsing a sophisticated appointment system you will be able to select and book up to 42 private meetings (of 15 minutes each) with the specialist operators that are interesting for your business. We will also leave three and a half hours of free time in your diary for ad hoc networking and exploring the products on offer around the show. There will be networking lunches provided each day to create extra opportunities to meet with suppliers and as a priority, as we know that the best networking gets done in relaxed environments, the official cocktail functions each evening will be for both suppliers and Private Travel Designers.
