Where and when is MATTER held?
MATTER is held in Marrakech on Sunday 9 & Monday 10 September 2018 – here’s more information on MATTER’s location.
What is MATTER about?
MATTER brings together the best minds in high-end travel and beyond for a dynamic two days of idea sharing, problem solving and roof raising, geared towards stimulating both professional and personal growth. Find out more information about MATTER.
Can I participate in MATTER?
Yes! MATTER is an un-conference which means part of the content is curated by the audience (that’s you!). Find out how you can get involved.
Where can I book my hotel for PURE?
PURE negotiates preferential rates with a number of hotels in Marrakech. These will be announced early 2018 and you will then be able to book through our website.
What is Phase 1 of the appointment system, why is this important?
Phase 1 is when you will have the chance to write your profile that will be presented to the entire list of PURE Private Travel Designers. This is where you will be able to show off your best sides, so make sure that you take the time to complete this.
When does Phase 1 of the appointment system open and close?
Phase 1 Online profiling takes place between 1 November 2017 – 1 June 2018.
What is Phase 2 of the appointment system and why is this important?
Phase 2 is where you will have the chance to choose your top 70 attendees at PURE that you would like to meet. It is very important that you carefully read our instructions on how to use the system best for you, so that you can be sure to optimise your diary and make the most out of the event. Please make sure to read the information we have included in the appointment system on how to best go about making your preferences. The matching system is very complicated and takes into account many factors, please get in touch with your account manager if you have queries about this.
When does Phase 2 of the appointment system open and close?
Phase 2 Choosing your appointment preferences takes place between 9 July 2018 – 27 July 2018.
What is Phase 3 of the appointment system and why is this important?
Phase 3 is when you will receive your full appointment diary. This is when you will be able to review your meetings and if you have any available appointments where you will be able to self-schedule meetings. Similarly if you are interested in scheduling appointments during lunch and networking breaks this is the time that you will be able to do this.
When does Phase 3 of the appointment system open and close?
Phase 3 Online diary goes live 13 August 2018. Your diary is live for the duration of the show.
How and where can I input my flight and accommodation information?
If you are the main delegate you can enter your flight and hotel details in the appointment system during Phase 2. If you are an additional delegate or guest then you will receive an email invitation which will direct you to the platform.
Where can I register and pick-up my badge on site at PURE?
On Sunday 9 and Monday 10 September you will be able to register and pick up your badge at MATTER. If you arrive after 6pm on Monday you will be able to collect your badge before PURE opens on Tuesday morning.
When will I be able to check my stand at PURE?
You will be able to check your stand and install your own graphics at PURE on Monday 10 September from 4-7pm.
Are transfers provided during PURE?
If you are staying at a PURE affiliated hotel transfers are provided for you, to and from the airport (selected days only), to and from MATTER, The Palais des Congrès and the evening events.
How do I apply for a PURE Award and how are these shortlisted?
You can apply through an online application for the PURE Awards when they launch mid 2018. Once all applications have been received these will be reviewed and shortlisted by an esteemed panel of judges, all of whom are leaders in the travel industry. The list of shortlisted companies will then be shared with the PURE community, voted on and then the winners announced at the PURE Awards night at the show.
Can I bring a guest to the PURE parties and events?
Even though we aim to make our parties fun and entertaining, we all like to let our hair down after all, these are still networking and business opportunities. We respectively only allow those in attendance at PURE to attend. Unfortunately you are not able to invite guests or purchase guest badges for the parties.
Do I need a visa to enter Morocco?
Citizens from a number of countries from around the world will require a visa to enter Morocco. Please note that a minimum of 40 days should be allowed for the processing of your visa. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to check the visa requirements and to make sure that one is obtained, if required, in advance of travel.
What are the ways that I can increase my brand’s exposure at PURE ?

What should I wear at PURE?

How do I arrange graphics for PURE?
For packages 2 and 3, we highly recommend that you do arrange graphics for your booth space so that you make the most of the additional exposure opportunities that you have. Graphics can be arranged independently. If you are arranging your graphics independently please follow the information carefully in your survival guide in terms of regulations and dimensions. Otherwise, we can put you in touch with Beyond Exhibit who will be able to assist in arranging and installing your graphics for you.
Are graphics included in the cost of the stand?
The cost of graphics is not included in the cost of your stand at PURE and you will need to arrange these at your own cost. These can be arranged independently or with Beyond Exhibit.
Can I bring my own graphics? What are the dimensions and specifications?
Yes, if you are on a package 2 or 3 you are welcome to bring your own graphics to the show. As the booth spaces have very specific dimensions please do contact the PURE team or Beyond Exhibit after you have received your stand location on the floor plan. Your stand location will be released roughly three months before the show.
Can I add extra furniture and decorative items to my stand?
Certain items are restricted and we request that you adhere to the overall look of the show. Please check with your account manager before you proceed.
What are the differences between the exhibitor packages at PURE?
All packages at PURE have the same networking opportunities at PURE – up to 42 meetings, access to MATTER, networking lunches, networking parties and the opportunity to enter the PURE Awards. The only difference is the physical space in the show. You can view the specific package information here.
How do I make changes to my registration?
Please contact your account manager if you wish to make changes to your booking. Normal Terms and Conditions will apply.
Is lighting at electricity provided for my stand?
Lighting and electricity are both included in a Package 2 and Package 3 stand. On a Package 1, electricity is not included as it is a table and two chairs without any additional amenities.
